A Thoughtful
Space for Change

Frame of Mind Counselling offers virtual psychotherapy for individuals seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in understanding your experiences with curiosity and care, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Therapy is a collaborative process focused on exploring patterns, building insight, and developing practical tools that support long-term wellbeing. Sessions move at your pace, creating space for reflection, growth, and a more grounded way of relating to yourself and your life.

Areas of Support

Evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed approaches. Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique experiences, with a focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools for meaningful change.

Anxiety

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, physical tension, or feeling on edge. Therapy offers a space to better understand anxious patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded and in control.

Depression

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and exhausting, often impacting motivation, mood, and daily functioning. Together, we explore underlying patterns, reconnect with meaning, and work toward restoring balance, clarity, and emotional resilience at a pace that feels manageable.

Stress

Ongoing stress can affect both emotional and physical well-being, especially when life feels overwhelming or unrelenting. Therapy focuses on identifying stressors, strengthening coping strategies, and creating sustainable ways to navigate daily demands with greater ease.

Grief

Grief is a deeply personal experience that can arise after loss, change, or unmet expectations. Therapy provides a compassionate space to process emotions, honour your experience, and find ways to carry loss while continuing to move forward.

Childhood Trauma

I work with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, or life-related challenges. Using a developmentally appropriate and supportive approach, therapy helps young clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence, while also supporting parents and caregivers when appropriate.

Life Transitions

Life transitions — such as relationship changes, career shifts, parenthood, or identity exploration — can bring uncertainty and emotional strain. Therapy offers support during these periods, helping you navigate change with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
